On June 22, 2018, Prof. Wen Xizhe, president of the Korea Trade Association, and Prof. Li Bingcai, associate dean of the School of Economics and Management of Chungnam National University, visited our institute. The Korea Trade Association  signed the MOU agreement with our institute. Vice President Zhang Jijian and Director Li Zhongxing attended the signing ceremony. The two sides reached an agreement on jointly holding academic conferences and jointly reporting on international issues. At the same time, our school hired Professor Li Bingcai as an adjunct professor. Vice President Zhang issued a letter of appointment for Professor Li and wore the school badge. Professor Li Bingcai gave a wonderful academic report entitled "Strategic Situation Analysis: Introduction to Game Theory" for the teachers and students of our school. Prof. Kong Yusheng, Dean of our school presided over the academic report. Teachers, graduate students, and foreign students from the School of Finance and Economics, the School of Management, and the School of Science listened to the report and actively exchanged their ideas.
    The "choice" behavior is the subject of the economic research. Traditional microeconomics studies how to respond to incentives and macroeconomics studies state behavior.Now it is mainly measured by behavioral economics and national happiness. In economics, the complex selection problems involved in reality are modeled as game theory. The report systematically discusses the relevant content of game theory, reward matrix, zero-sum game, prisoner dilemma and Nash equilibrium etc.In order to analyze the deep determinants of motivation and behavior, it proposes a new strategic theory based on the perspective of behavioral economics. 
    Li Bingcai, Associate Dean of School of Economics and Management, Chungnan National University, Korea, Professor of Economics. The research field is microeconomics, social choice theory. In 2004, he received a Ph.D. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Fulbright Visiting Scholar from Oregon State University. In recent years, he has published many SSCI papers such as the best feasible taxation mechanism, the effective provision of public education and social isolation, and he has hosted many projects of the Korea Research Foundation.
