Recently, professor Chen yinfei of our institute published a research paper entitled "Mediated power and sustainable supplier Management (SSM)" in the International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management (SSCI zone I, IF=5.212), an important Journal in the field of International Logistics and supply chain Management. In August 2019, another research paper of professor Chen yinfei, "Mixed sustainability and Mixed results: the role of compliance and commitment in sustainable supply chain practices", was published in the important international journal of supply chain Management: An International Journal (SSCI area 1, IF=4.269). Both papers were written by professor Chen yinfei in collaboration with professor Injazz j. Chen of Cleveland state university. Jiangsu university was the first author, Chen yinfei was the first author, and Injazz j. Chen was the corresponding author.
Sustainable supply chain management has always been a research hotspot in the field of supply chain management. Most of the existing studies discuss how to implement sustainable supply chain management from the perspective of leading enterprises, ignoring the willingness and ability of suppliers to practice sustainable supply chain management. In order to solve this problem, the two sustainable practice, scientific research achievements are based on the suppliers respectively to study the dominant business use of coercive power and awarding power will affect the supplier's supplier (UN) fairness perceptions, in turn, affects the sustainable practices, and the supplier moral motivation and instrumental motivation to supplier sustainable practice different driving action. The research results are not only helpful for leading enterprises to effectively implement sustainable supply chain management, but also helpful for suppliers to overcome the obstacles of sustainable practice and actively participate in sustainable supply chain management.
