On October 23, professor Zhao Wei of school of economics of Zhejiang University held an academic lecture entitled "external impact and internal risk of trade war: analysis and synthesis from three perspectives" in lecture hall 1301 of Sanjiang Building. The lecture was supported by professor Hu xuhua, executive vice President of industrial economy research institute of Jiangsu University. Teachers and students from the school of finance and economics and the school of management listened to the lecture. After the lecture, professor Zhao Wei interacted with them on the trade war between China and the United States and macroeconomic development.
From the perspectives of history, theory and reality, the lecture takes Turkey, Brazil, Russia and Japan as examples to analyze the economic evolution of countries with different internal risks under external shocks. In particular, it analyzes the impact of the current trade war on China's economy and makes forward-looking judgments. The lecture is not only a normative analysis of a specific problem, but also a demonstration of the topics and ideas in economic research.
