On February 19, the School of Finance and Economics held a party-government video conference to deploy and implement various tasks under the epidemic and promote the development of the school. The conference was chaired by Secretary of the Party Committee Wu Mengyun and dean of the School Kong Yusheng. Deputy secretary of the party committee Dai yelin, vice dean Yao hongxing, executive vice dean Hu xuhua of the industrial economy research institute, department heads, and vice dean Yan Jun attended the meeting.

Secretary Wu conveyed the spirit of the relevant meetings of the University’s epidemic prevention and control work leadership group, and notified the overall situation of the epidemic prevention and control work. She pointed out that in the face of the epidemic, the school leaders must take the lead, strengthen publicity and guidance, and attach great importance to ideological work.

Vice dean Yao and Yan, according to the requirements of the University’s postgraduate and undergraduate teaching work meeting, notified the postgraduate and undergraduate online teaching work arrangements and preparations, saying that everyone must strictly follow the University’s requirements, deploy and implement online teaching work, and make various emergency plans for online teaching.

Dean Kong pointed out that all lines of the school must earnestly implement the various requirements of the University’s epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, the school’s teaching work, student work, international student work, subject construction, scientific research work, and subject evaluation work must be advanced in an orderly manner. All departments should summarize the existing achievements and shortcomings, clarify the focus and difficulties of recent work, plan the future development of the school, and form a career development plan for the school.
