On May 20, Professor Chen Yunsen, vice Dean of the Graduate School of the Central University of Finance and Economics, visited the Sanjiang Accounting elite forum of Jiangsu University conducted a session on "Capital market with Chinese characteristics: reform and development" for MPAcc students of our school. The forum was hosted by our Professor Zhang Jijian, vice President of Jiangsu University, and more than 200 teachers and students participated in the session through Tencent conference.

In the forum, Professor Chen Yunsen first analyzed the whole process of China's IPO system including history, registration, and current situation of China's capital market, securities regualtion and investor protection. Besides, Prof. Chen introduced the innovative regulatory methods after fully liberalizing the entrance of the capital market: "exchange inquiry" and "investment service center exercise".
